Peter Mainz
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Mainz was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President and named as a member of the Company's Board of Directors in April 2008. Prior to this appointment, he was Chief Operating Officer beginning in August 2007 with responsibility for all global Sensus Metering Systems business units. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations and Finance for the Europe Asia Pacific (EAP) region of Sensus and Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. Mainz held financial positions with Schlumberger and IBM for 8 years. Mr. Mainz holds BA and MBA degrees.

Kevin Cheatham
President, Smith-Blair
Mr. Cheatham was appointed President of Smith-Blair in May, 2006 and is responsible for the clamp and coupling business. Prior to his appointment, Kevin served 16 years as Smith-Blair's Controller/CFO. Before joining Smith-Blair he had over 11 years of manufacturing experience in various senior finance positions, including Vice President of Finance. Mr. Cheatham holds BA and MBA degrees.

Todd Boyle
Chief People Officer
Mr. Boyle was appointed interim Chief People Officer in April 2012 and is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the overall human resources (HR) function. He has been with the company for five years and previously served as the HR Director for Sensus North America and Conservation Solutions. Prior to joining Sensus, he spent seven years with Lockheed Martin providing HR leadership for Federal IT and Engineering programs. Mr. Boyle holds a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Senior and Global Human Resources Professional.

Colin Flannery
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
Mr. Flannery was appointed Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in January, 2007 and is the company's chief legal officer, responsible for global legal affairs. He has 15 years of prior experience in a variety of corporate legal positions in various countries, including serving as US Division Counsel for Schlumberger Metering from 1997 through 2004. Mr. Flannery holds law degrees from Australia and the United States and is a member of the Georgia Bar.

Jose Hernandez
Executive Vice President, ESAAP
Mr. Hernandez is Executive Vice President for ESAAP (Europe, Central & South America, Africa, and Asia Pacific) and is responsible for the overall business operations in the ESAAP regions. His previous appointments have included Executive Vice President Global Water & Heat, Vice President Central-South America with Sensus, General Manager Europe Industrial Super Abrasives and Country Manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Before joining the Abrasives business of Saint-Gobain he served as Executive Director for Invensys Metering Systems in Central and South America. Mr. Hernandez holds BA and Diplom-Ingenieur degrees.

James Hilty
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hilty was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2011. He has been with the company for 19 years and previously served as the Vice President of Business Development, focusing on corporate development, strategic planning and investor relations. Mr. Hilty has ten years of audit and tax experience with Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Gannon University in Pennsylvania.

Barry McReynolds
President of Sensus Precision Die Casting
Mr. McReynolds was appointed President of Sensus Precision Die Casting in October 2007 and is responsible for the aluminum die casting business. Prior to his appointment, he served as Vice President of Operations. Mr. McReynolds has been with the company for 16 years holding various engineering and management positions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. McReynolds served in the US Navy's nuclear propulsion command for 5 years. Mr. McReynolds holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's of Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech.

Ron Ridge
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Ron Ridge joined Sensus in August, 2011 as VP and CIO. Ron provides strategic leadership for the global Information Technology function. Ron has over 20 years of Information Technology experience, as well as extensive experience in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and Internal Audit with leading international companies. Prior to joining Sensus, Ron was the Vice President and CIO for Bell and Howell, a leading company in the development of production mail equipment, service offerings and software technologies. He also served in management capacities with Owens-Corning and Reichhold Chemicals. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Bowling Green State University.

H. Britton Sanderford, Jr.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sanderford was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer in July of 2006 when Sensus Metering Systems Inc. purchased the assets of Advanced Meter Data Systems (AMDS) LLC. Mr. Sanderford is responsible for Sensus' technology related activities worldwide. Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. Sanderford founded Axonn Corp, which was the first U.S. company to be granted FCC spread spectrum equipment approval under FCC unlicensed Part 15 rules. Axonn licensed its technology and custom ICs to diverse applications, including AMR. Mr. Sanderford served as President and founder of AMDS and holds over 80 patents pending and granted.

George Uram
Vice President, Industry and Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Uram was appointed Vice President, Industry and Regulatory Affairs in July 2008. Prior to that appointment he served as Vice President of Electric Metering and AMI beginning in July 2006. Since joining Sensus in 1999, he has also been responsible for the Sensus gas metering business and has held senior positions in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Sensus, he spent 31 years with Westinghouse in the power and environmental business. Mr. Uram holds BSME, MSME and MBA degrees.

Randolph Wheatley
Vice President, Corporate Marketing
Mr. Wheatley joined Sensus in August of 2009 and is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing. Prior to Sensus, he was Vice President of Portfolio Management for Openwave Systems in Richardson, Texas. He also has 23 years of experience with Nortel where he held numerous roles that required customer interaction. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mike Tracy
Executive Vice President, Sensus North America
Mr. Tracy was appointed Executive Vice President of Sensus North America in June of 2011. He joined Sensus in September 2008 and was responsible for all activities within the North American water business unit. In 2010 he assumed responsibility for the sales organizations for the water, electric, and gas divisions. Mr. Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in business management. Prior to joining Sensus, he was a global vice president in the High Performance Materials division of Saint-Gobain, the world's largest building materials company. An advocate for water conservation, Mr. Tracy holds a Full Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool Polytechnic in Liverpool, England.

Matthew Zafuto
Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development
Mr. Zafuto joined Sensus as Vice President of Strategic Alliances in May 2010 and is responsible for the development of partnerships with other industry leading Smart Grid and utility infrastructure participants. He has 25 years of IT and 16 years of energy industry experience, most recently at IBM's Global Energy and Utilities group. Mr. Zafuto holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
